AN ACT to amend and reenact section one, article eight, chapter sixty-four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, authorizing the promulgation of legislative rules by the division of highways.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section one, article eight, chapter sixty-four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 8. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.

§64-8-1. Division of highways.
The legislative rules filed by the division of highways on the fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred ninety-five, under the authority of section nineteen, article two-a, chapter seventeen of this code (relating to acquisition, disposal, lease and management of real property and appurtenant structures and relocation assistance, 157 CSR 2, et seq.), are authorized.
